Straight after payment we email you a confirmation with a code on it. That email is your ticket — save it, and have it ready on your phone at the door. There's nothing to print and nothing to collect.

Check your spam folder first — that's usually where it is. If it's not there, email info@inpersoneverything.com and we'll re-send it.

Your payment went through either way, so don't buy a second ticket. We can see your order on our side.

Yes — email info@inpersoneverything.com any time up to one week before the event and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

After that we can't refund, since we've committed to the space by then. Still let us know if you can't make it — we'd rather offer your spot to someone else than have a gap in the room.

Yes, up to 10 per order. You'll get one confirmation email covering all of them, so bring it with you and we'll check your whole group in together. We don't need their names in advance.

Join the waitlist on this page. We'll email you if a spot opens, in the order people joined, and nothing is charged unless you take it.

Spots do free up — people's plans change, and anyone cancelling more than a week out gets refunded, which puts their ticket back in the pool.

We email every ticket holder directly. If a change means the event no longer works for you, reply to that email and we'll refund you regardless of timing.

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our site — we only ever see your name, email and what you ordered.
